Step 1: Discovery Call

Every project begins with listening. We take the time to understand how you live, what inspires you, and how your space needs to function for your everyday life.

Our process starts with a complimentary 30-minute video call where we'll discuss your project goals, design preferences, and priorities. This conversation allows us to determine whether we're a good fit and helps us identify the best path forward for your project.

​Step 2: Initial Consultation

Next, we'll meet in your home for a 1-2 hour consultation. During this visit, we'll evaluate the space, discuss your goals, address design challenges, and identify opportunities to enhance both function and aesthetics.

The consultation fee reflects the professional expertise and personalized recommendations provided during our time together. If you decide to engage Sanders Home Interiors for design services, the consultation fee will be applied toward your design agreement.

Step 3: Custom Design Proposal

Within one week of your consultation, you'll receive a customized proposal outlining the design services recommended for your project. Every renovation is unique, and our proposals are tailored to your specific goals, scope, and level of involvement needed to achieve the best possible outcome.

Step 4: Design Development

Once your proposal is approved, we begin transforming ideas into a comprehensive design plan. This phase may include space planning, cabinetry design, material selections, finish coordination, and detailed construction drawings.

Every recommendation is thoughtfully curated to balance beauty, functionality, and long-term value while reflecting your personal style and the character of your home.

 

Step 5: Project Implementation

With the design complete, we guide you through the execution phase, collaborating with builders, contractors, and trade professionals to ensure every detail is carried out as intended.
