Step 1: Design Strategy Session

We begin with a virtual Design Strategy Session to discuss your project, what isn't working in your current space, your goals, and what you're hoping to accomplish.

This conversation allows us to determine whether Full-Service Design is the right fit for your project and identify the best path forward.

Step 2: In-Home Consultation

Next, we'll meet in your home for a 1–2 hour consultation. Together, we'll evaluate the space, discuss your goals in greater detail, address design challenges, and identify opportunities to improve both function and aesthetics.

The consultation fee reflects the professional expertise and personalized recommendations provided during our time together. If you decide to engage Sanders Home Interiors for design services, the consultation fee will be applied toward your design agreement.

Step 3: Custom Design Proposal

Within one week of your consultation, you'll receive a customized proposal outlining the design services recommended for your project.

Because every renovation is unique, your proposal is tailored to your specific goals, scope, and the level of support needed to achieve the best possible outcome.

Step 4: Design Development

Once your proposal is approved, we begin transforming ideas into a comprehensive design plan.

Depending on your project, this phase may include space planning, cabinetry design, material and finish selections, color coordination, 3D renderings, and detailed construction drawings.
